Generally, there is no dollar limit on the amount payable for covered benefits while you and your covered dependents are enrolled in the Medical Plan; However, there are lifetime maximums for Family Building Services and skilled nursing facility services. Skilled nursing facility coverage provides for up to 365 days per lifetime (combined in-network and out-of-network).
