What Is Covered
The Expatriate Medical Plan covers a wide variety of services, as long as the services are medically necessary (please see the definition of "Medically Necessary" in "Defined Terms"). However, covered services under the Expatriate Medical Plan may differ from the lists below and/or be subject to limits or restrictions. Keep in mind that certain services listed here are limited to a specific number of visits or days of treatment. Any services that have such limits (for example, chiropractic treatment) are determined by medical necessity. In other words, the treatment must be medically necessary, even if the number of visits or days of treatment is within the prescribed limitations.
