We are committed to protecting your personal health information, and complying with privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). This means that when you complete a Wellness Screening or a Wellness Assessment, participate in any health coaching activities, or receive health care treatment of any kind, your personal health information is not disclosed to anyone, including JPMorgan Chase, without your authorization and except as permitted by HIPAA.
