Preventive Care Services

Covered preventive care services include the following services (please see the chart under "SPD Box Regular EndMarkerPreventive Care

Preventive Care" for age and frequency limitations):

Oral exams;

Bitewing X-rays;

Emergency palliative treatment;

Fluoride treatments;

Full mouth X-rays;

Prophylaxis (cleaning); and

Sealants.
