The Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance Plan is provided through an insurance policy issued by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (MetLife). You may elect to obtain AD&D coverage for yourself, as well as your spouse/domestic partner and your eligible children under this Plan.
