For the PDP, orthodontia is for covered children under age 19. Please see "How the PDP Option Pays Benefits" and "Orthodontic Covered Services."

For the DMO, orthodontia is covered at a percentage for both children and adults. Please see "How the DMO Option Pays Benefits."
