If you make a reservation for back-up care or for one of the special programs and you will not be bringing your child in, you must cancel your reservation no later than 5 p.m. local time on the day before your reservation. Please see "Cancelling Reservations."

If you do not cancel by 5 p.m. the day before, you will be charged the copayment that would have applied, and your pool of 20 days per year for that child will be reduced by one day.
